STONE AGE: PALEOLITHIC, MESOLITHIC AND NEOLITHIC PERIODS

Prehistory is divided into two big Ages: the STONE AGE and THE METAL AGES.

In the Stone Age we also have different periods. Here you have some videos summarising how first humans lived in the Paleolithic and Neolithic Periods.

Remember that the Mesolithic Period is an archaeological term describing specific cultures that fall between the Paleolithic and the Neolithic Periods. While the start and end dates of the Mesolithic Period vary by geographical region, it dated approximately from 10,000 BCE to 8,000 BCE.

Yes, Palaeolithic and Paleolithic, both spellings are correct!

I hope you find them useful and enjoy them!
